As certified project managers, your responsibilities include updating your Sensus Project Coordinator with details for ongoing projects. This ensures that Sensus can help you overcome any potential difficulties during the project deployment. Starting on 3/2/18, your project coordinator will ask for 4 additional pieces of information. This information helps facilitate a successful project. See below for details on the requirements.

• Project Plans*
  • Project plans will be required to be attached to all new projects in Smartsheet. For projects already in process, project plans will be required up to the System Acceptance phase.
• BS Certification Document(s)
  • The Salesforce case # for Base Station certification(s) will be required to be listed in Smartsheet.
• Customer Sign Off Document*
  • The customer sign-off document will be required to be attached to all projects in Smartsheet.
• Core RNI Training Documentation
  • If you elect to perform RNI core training for your customer, a Salesforce case is required to be opened. The Salesforce case # associated with the RNI core training will be required to be listed in Smartsheet.
